Sometimes, the customer is on your own team. For Paradigm Spine, the manufacturers of coflex® Interlaminar Stabilization®, we developed an app specifically to share resources across multiple team layers. Salespeople gained single-point access to numerous resources, including videos, surgical technique videos, onboarding forms, and mounds of clinical evidence.

From a custom-built back end, we were able to sign up new users, create user groups, provide varying levels of access, and even track device implantations to prompt follow-up reminders.

“Show. Don’t Tell.” Always a mantra at moddern, and especially powerful in the luxury real estate category. For Related Brands, we built expandable banner ads that allowed consumers to view a promotional video right in the ad unit. This way, they could see the apartments, the building, the view, and some of the amenities without having to click through to a website.

From a measurement perspective, this type of unit generated several layers of possible interest, based on how they interacted with the ads. Several different versions were created to highlight various aspects of the property: apartments, amenities, location.

MICROSITES & PAID SEARCH

“The right person, the right message, at the right time.” These are all essential for driving online engagement and creating conversions. For Stimwave — an innovative wireless spinal cord stimulation device — we built three engaging patient-focused microsites to generate awareness and drive new procedures in South FloridaTampa, Florida, and Houston Texas.

We optimized each microsite for search, added structured data, included interaction monitoring, and ensured accurate tracking of Stimwave’s most valued conversions, including phone calls, form submissions, and online consultation requests.

To encourage early web-traffic, we created three separate geo-targeted Google AdWords search campaigns. Each campaign was designed to attract hyper-targeted interest-based search traffic based on strategically selected keywords and phrases. We included in-depth conversion tracking and reporting, which allowed our team to accurately attribute Stimwave’s most valued conversions to specific marketing activities.
