When Susan Musman enlisted moddern to build a new, luxury, full-service watch and jewelry maintenance and repair brand, we knew her timing was just right! Luxury timepieces were gaining popularity and going through a renaissance period in the United States. While at the same time, older, vintage timepieces found new owners within a younger generation uncertain of how to operate or service them properly.

We began by developing our foundation, a unique, new, luxury brand identity for Concierge watch. Then, throughout each touchpoint – brand identity, website, business cards – we focused on building a look-and-feel that created the recognition required to gain the trust and business of luxury watch owners and enthusiasts.
